ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

You’ll work closely with global stakeholders, an external ServiceNow partner, and internal ISD teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal SME for ServiceNow HRSD across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal IT/HRIS teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Advise on process design, configuration options, and technical functionalities
• Translate HR operational needs into ServiceNow workflows and automations
• Identify improvement opportunities and ensure the scalability of the HRSD solution
• Support integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on requirements and capabilities
• Provide guidance on best practices and optimise HR case management, knowledge base, and service catalog design

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements, ideally in large, multinational environments
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into digital workflows
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working alongside implementation partners and managing integrations
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve problems
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a strong advantage (e.g., CIS-HR, System Administrator)
