ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Service Portal. Your expertise in REST API integrations will be crucial in developing and managing seamless data flow and security compliance between ServiceNow and external systems. Leveraging ServiceNow scripting and automation, you will automate processes, build business rules, client scripts, script includes, and manage workflows. Your role will involve configuring and managing advanced concepts like Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) for task automation, Performance Analytics (PI) for actionable insights into key HR metrics, and Transform Maps for smooth data migration and synchronization. You will design and manage workflows for HR lifecycle events such as onboarding, transitions, and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience. Collaboration and stakeholder coordination are essential aspects of this role, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external partners to understand business needs, ensure solution alignment, and provide support during project execution. Your strong problem-solving and analytical skills will be key in addressing challenges and optimizing HRSD solutions. To excel in this role, you should have 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years focused on HRSD. Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST API, expertise in scripting and automation (JavaScript, Glide), and proficiency in advanced ServiceNow functionalities are essential. Additionally, hands-on experience managing HR lifecycle events within ServiceNow and a ServiceNow HRSD Implementer certification are required. Excellent coordination, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.
