ServiceNow HAM Developer

Role: ServiceNow HAM Developer

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Locations: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai

Job Summary:

ServiceNow HAM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure
ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro
modules.
Automate asset lifecycle processes: procurement, stockroom, assignment, disposal.
Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and asset workflows.
Integrate HAM with CMDB, procurement systems, discovery tools, and vendor data sources.
Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for hardware asset insights.
Ensure HAM processes align with ITAM best practices.
Troubleshoot module issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver enhancements.
Work on HAM governance, policies, license compliance, and audit support.

Required Skills:

48 years of experience in
ServiceNow platform development
.
Minimum
2+ years
in
ServiceNow HAM / ITAM
.
Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM processes, Discovery, and Procurement modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI policies, and workflow development.
Experience with asset lifecycle automation, normalization, and reconciliation.
ServiceNow ITAM/HAM certification preferred.
