Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow GRC Consultant based in Hyderabad. The ServiceNow GRC Consultant will manage the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow GRC processes and solutions. Key responsibilities include software development, IT service management, project management, integration, and database management. This role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of GRC strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in GRC implementation and technical

configuration.

Strong understanding of IT risk management, compliance frameworks, and process

automation.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Servicenow GRC modules, with a focus on Third-Party

Risk Management or other relevant GRC components.

Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design

GRC solutions that align with organizational compliance frameworks.

Develop, customize, and maintain workflows, scripts, and forms within the

Servicenow platform.

Support audit, compliance, and risk management processes through system

automation and reporting.

Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for GRC modules.

Ensure seamless integration of Servicenow GRC with other enterprise systems.

Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, changes, and technical

processes.
