ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow modules, excellent scripting skills, and a proven ability to deliver scalable

Key Responsibilities :

• Web Technologies:

  Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

• ServiceNow Development:

  Minimum 4+ years of exclusive experience working on modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM.

• Scripting Expertise:

  Skilled in serverside scripting (GlideScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes) and clientside scripting (GlideAjax, Client Scripts, g_scratchpad).

• Integrations:

  Proven experience with REST and SOAP API integrations; configure and manage seamless data flows between ServiceNow and thirdparty systems.

• Platform Tools:

  Handson with Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets, and other ServiceNow development tools.

• Customization:

  Design, develop, and configure custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions.

• Reporting & Dashboards:

  Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Administration:

  Manage user accounts, groups, ACLs, and perform system upgrades, patches, and releases.

• Compliance & Monitoring:

  Ensure platform stability, monitor health and usage, and maintain compliance standards.

Requirements :

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and database concepts.
• Excellent problemsolving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Certifications preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
