Job Summary

Service Now Hardware Asset Management - Developer

Responsibilities

As a Cloud Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing cloud-based solutions that align with the companys strategic goals. You will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts ensuring seamless integration and optimization of cloud services. Your expertise in Asset Management Hardware Processors and Service Now will be crucial in enhancing our cloud infrastructure. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus contributing to our diverse project

Develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet the companys strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with existing systems.
Optimize cloud infrastructure to improve performance scalability and reliability.
Utilize expertise in Asset Management to manage and monitor cloud resources effectively.
Leverage knowledge of Hardware Processors to ensure optimal configuration and performance of cloud environments.
Implement and manage Service Now solutions to streamline IT service management processes.
Conduct regular assessments of cloud systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Document cloud architecture and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all cloud operations.
Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing cloud capabilities leading to improved customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Asset Management Hardware Processors and Service Now with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a nice to have providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
Demonstrate proficiency in cloud technologies and platforms with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
