Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage software engineering teams, driving high performance and delivery.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable systems and microservices.
Drive sprints, OKRs, and agile ceremonies to align with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Mentor, coach, and develop engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Monitor and report on project progress, productivity, and team performance.
Manage and optimize transactional and NoSQL databases.
Utilize messaging systems (Kafka preferred) to enhance system communication.
Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
Implement data pipelines and Elasticsearch for efficient data handling and retrieval.

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in Java and microservices design.
Proven team management and leadership experience.
Hands-on expertise with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
Familiarity with Kafka, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and Elasticsearch.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
