Key Responsibilities

Lead blockchain solution design and development for enterprise-level applications.
Design and implement scalable blockchain architectures that integrate with existing systems.
Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and security.
Optimize blockchain protocols to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Conduct security audits on smart contracts and blockchain-based applications.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to align the blockchain strategy with business goals.
Continuously monitor and improve blockchain network performance and reliability.

Key Skills

Expertise in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polkadot, and Solana.
Advanced knowledge of Solidity, smart contracts, and dApp development.
Strong experience with cryptographic algorithms and security practices.
Proficient in back-end programming languages like Go, JavaScript, or Rust.
Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms and NFTs.
Familiarity with tools like Truffle, Ganache, Hardhat, and IPFS.
Excellent understanding of blockchain scalability, consensus algorithms, and distributed ledgers.
