ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer for our client, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance business efficiency and user experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with client stakeholders to document baseline requirements and working with a team of functional and technical consultants for requirements gathering and sprint design sessions. - Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying ITSM and CSM modules, establishing key milestones, finalizing budget/scope, and defining high-level architecture. - Supporting iterative configuration of the ServiceNow application and engaging stakeholders for reviews through joint design sessions. - Assisting in system validation, preparing the organization for transition, and ensuring readiness for deploying the application build into production. - Building strong relationships with clients and project teams to foster your growth and development. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. - CSA/CAD certifications are compulsory. - CIS-ITSM/CIS-CSM certification is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript. - Experience customizing ServiceNow using various tools like Forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Inbound Actions. - Hands-on experience with web-based languages such as JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, XML, HTML, and Glide. - Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools through SOAP/REST APIs. - Experience working in agile development environments. - In-depth understanding of ITIL practices and their application in ITSM and CSM solutions. - Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions for ITSM and CSM requirements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
