Experience: 5–7 YearsContract Duration: 6 MonthsShift: UK Shift (Remote)Employment Type: ContractUAN / PF: Not RequiredJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Security Operations (SecOps), specifically Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules. The candidate should have proven experience in implementation, customization, scripting, and integrations, not just administrative exposure.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow SecOps modules, including SIR and VR.Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps implementations and support engagements.Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts:Business RulesScript IncludesClient ScriptsUI Actionsusing JavaScript and Glide APIs.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc.Automate security workflows and build orchestration/playbooks to improve incident and vulnerability management.Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and ServiceNow teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SecOps modules and integrations.Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support deployment activities.Prepare and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.Provide user training and post-implementation support.Required Skills & Experience5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience.2–3 years of hands-on experience with SecOps modules (SIR & VR).Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, and Glide APIs.Experience with REST / SOAP integrations.Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.Experience working with CMDB, ITSM, and ITIL best practices.Ability to work in an Agile environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong client-facing and collaboration skills.Mandatory CertificationsServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (Development/Implementation related)Strong Preference:CIS – Security Incident Response (SIR)CIS – Vulnerability Response (VR)NOTE: Candidates with only CSA certification (without development/implementation certifications) will not be considered.#ServiceNow#ServiceNowDeveloper#ServiceNowSecOps#SecurityIncidentResponse#VulnerabilityResponse#SIR#VR#ServiceNowCAD#ServiceNowCIS#ServiceNowCSA#ServiceNowScripting#JavaScript#GlideAPI#RESTIntegration#SOAPIntegration#SecurityOperations#IncidentManagement#VulnerabilityManagement#ServiceNowImplementationPlease share your resume at sunita.singh@nexaxis.tech
