Technology Consultants are responsible for the implementation and configuration of the technical infrastructure including web applications, layered software, hardware platform and operating systems-

The Technology Consultant regularly consults with clients on best practices, issue resolution and experience guidance in order to improve the performance/reliability of clients technical environment-

Experience:
3-6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules-
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and platform customization-
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred- ITIL certification is a plus-
Problem-Solving:
Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities-
Collaboration:
Ability to work cross-functionally with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to meet business needs-

ServiceNow Development:
Design, configure, and implement ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB solutions to align with business objectives and optimize processes-
Customization & Automation:
Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, and notifications to automate tasks and streamline operations-
Integration:
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and other technologies-
Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow environment-
CMDB Management:
Optimize and maintain the CMDB, configure CI classes, attributes, and relationships, and manage integrations with Discovery and other ITOM tools-
