Need a ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD / ITOM/ ITAM / GRC / solutions over end to end green field implementation lifecycle

Candidate should have experience about 5 to 8 years

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with experience on Development on ITSM / HRSD / GRC/ ITOM / ITAM and Integrations using ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Developer

Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Service Center

JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio

HR integrations

HR processes and compliance

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CISHRSD) highly preferred.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

FOR ITAM /ITOM DEVELOPER

• Design, configure, and implement

  ServiceNow ITOM

  solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Develop and maintain

  ITAM modules

  such as Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems for seamless asset and operations management.
• Customize workflows, business rules, and scripts to support ITOM and ITAM requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and enhancements to ensure platform stability.
• Stay updated on new ServiceNow releases and recommend improvements for process automation and efficiency.
• Proven experience as a

  ServiceNow Developer

  , with strong focus on ITOM and/or ITAM modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, HAM, and SAM Pro

• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

• Strong understanding of

  ITIL processes

  and IT Service Management principles.
• Experience with

  integration (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, APIs)

• ServiceNow certifications (ITOM, ITAM, CIS, CSA, CAD) are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Desired experience in scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell

Very Good Experience working with relational databases.
