ServiceNow Developer

This is a remote role based in Bengaluru with occasional office visits, primarily during night shifts. We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer at Level 3 with 8-12 years of experience. As a ServiceNow Developer at Level 3, you will collaborate with the ServiceNow team to manage the ServiceNow Platform's lifecycle, adhering to established best practices for delivering and supporting workflows and solutions. Your responsibilities will include participating in design, development, planning, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of workflows and solutions using the ServiceNow Platform. You will be required to have strong ITSM module experience, integration skills with other applications via API using REST and SOAP, and good communication skills. It is also beneficial to have experience with ServiceNow IRM Risk and Governance. Key Responsibilities: - Actively manage all aspects of the ServiceNow platform lifecycle, from design to ongoing support - Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks such as configuration, integration, and testing - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform - Develop workflows and applications that automate business processes - Maintain integrations between the ServiceNow platform and external systems - Monitor and manage platform upgrades and environments - Develop and maintain documentation related to the ServiceNow platform - Provide user management and support for the ServiceNow platform - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement solutions - Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance - Develop catalog items, process automation, and solutions through various coding methods - Collaborate with project managers to provide updates on project progress - Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 3+ years of related experience in IT infrastructure and application management - 3+ years of development experience with the ServiceNow Platform, focusing on the IRM Module - Experience working with customers to implement solutions in ServiceNow - Understanding of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and service level agreement (SLA) measurements Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow Certifications - Experience with ITIL, IRM, and ITSM - Experience in developing ServiceNow technologies for digital transformation - Experience working in Agile Scrum work model utilizing Sprint and Kanban processes Required Skills and Knowledge: - 1+ years of ServiceNow development experience - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agile environment - Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role, we look forward to receiving your application.,
