Required Skills & Experience:

ServiceNow Expertise:

4+ years of hands-on implementation and development experience in ServiceNow core modules such as ITSM, CSM, or OMT.
Proficient in developing and administering:

Workflows
Flows
Client Scripts
Business Rules
UI Policies/Macros/Pages/Actions
Data Policies
Email Notifications & Scripts
Transform Maps
Script Includes
Custom App Development

Portals & Integration:

Strong technical expertise in portals and widgets.
Experience with bi-directional integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Programming & Tools:

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Familiar with Git and ServiceNow-specific scripting components.

Additional Desirable Experience:

Database concepts (Relational, NoSQL, MySQL).
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Container technologies (e.g., Docker).
Software methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum).
TM Forum Open APIs (a plus).

Certifications (Preferred):

CSA
Certified System Administrator
CAD
– Certified Application Developer
