ServiceNow Developer (3–5 Years Experience)

Hands-on experience in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
Integration knowledge: MID Server, Web Services, OAuth, API authentication
Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and ITOM modules
CSA certification preferred

Senior ServiceNow Developer (5–8 Years Experience)

Strong in scoped applications, Scripted REST APIs, and CMDB architecture
Performance optimization of flows, portals, and integrations
CSA + CAD mandatory; CIS in ITOM/ITSM is a plus
Lead technical design and mentor junior developers

Lead ServiceNow Developer / Solution Architect (8–12 Years Experience)

Deep architectural expertise across ServiceNow product suites
Expert in Integration Hub, CMDB service mapping, and governance models
CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications preferred; CTA is a bonus
Own solution architecture and lead multi-module deployments
