We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize the platform, and ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.

Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog.

Recommend user interface changes to the ServiceNow platform and implement the changes.

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain ongoing enhancement list and manage timely delivery of changes.

Perform system integrations with third-party tools and internal systems.

Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow instances.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Stay updated with ServiceNow platform features and best practices.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with scripting and automation.

Knowledge of CMDB and ITIL processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proven experience working in a remote position as part of a global team.
