Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of Asset Management life cycles, especially Software AssetManagement
  • Expertise in Software License Compliance Management
  • Configuring and implementing ServiceNow Discovery; debugging/fixingdiscovery issues for smooth data flow
  • Building integrations with external applications using ServiceNow OOTB andcustom development; Web Services, APIs, DB-level integrations
  • Understanding AS-IS/TO-BE processes and implementing new features usingServiceNow SAM/
  • Discovery maps, normalization processes in SAM; fixing normalization errors
  • Enabling publisher packs in SAM/software reconciliation processes
  • Configuring dashboards in SAM
  • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) andworking in a SaaS environment; knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL and relatedtechnologies

Good-to-Have

  • ServiceNow Certifications CSA, CIS Discovery, CIS SAM
  • Knowledge of other Asset Management tools in addition to ServiceNow SAM
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools
  • Certifications Required
  • Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA, CIS Discovery, CIS SAM
