Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Operational Intelligence CMDB Integrations Develop MID Servers, probes, and sensors to support Discovery and integrations. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure accurate and complete CI data in the CMDB. Configure and maintain event correlation rules and alerts from monitoring tools. Integrate third-party monitoring solutions (e.g., SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios) with ServiceNow ITOM. Troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal performance of ITOM components. Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and deployment plans. Support upgrades and patching activities related to ITOM. Required Skills: Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB . Hands-on experience with Service Mapping and Event Management . Experience working with MID Servers and monitoring tool integrations . Good understanding of ITIL practices. Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide) in the ServiceNow platform. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Good to Have: ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITOM certifications. Experience with Cloud Discovery and Kubernetes/Container monitoring . Familiarity with CMDB Health dashboards and CI lifecycle management.
