Job Description

As a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant, your role will involve leading the development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Field Service Management (FSM). You will collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders and possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing solutions in the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, HRSD, and FSM modules. - Customizing ServiceNow applications and facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules. - Working closely with process owners to understand business requirements and translating them into functional technical solutions. - Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including solution design and implementation plans. - Configuring workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations. - Managing data loads and integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. - Monitoring platform performance, providing support, and troubleshooting issues related to ITSM, HRSD, and FSM functionalities. - Participating in Agile development practices including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. In order to excel in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. - Proven expertise in ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management. - Experience with HRSD workflows such as Case Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, and Lifecycle Events. - Proficiency with FSM, including scheduling, dispatching, mobile capabilities, and asset management. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, technical components, scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP integrations, and MID servers. - Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications. - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, or FSM are highly desirable. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Additionally, the following qualifications would be preferred: - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Familiarity with ServiceNow performance analytics and reporting. - Understanding of ITIL frameworks and how they map to ServiceNow.,
