ServiceNow Developer

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions encompassing ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and custom modules. You will be tasked with creating and customizing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. Additionally, configuring and maintaining ServiceNow forms, fields, views, and roles are essential aspects of this role. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements is crucial for delivering scalable solutions. Integration of ServiceNow with external systems using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and MID Servers will be part of your responsibilities. Unit testing, debugging, and documentation of changes are also expected from you to ensure system stability, performance, and security standards are maintained. The desired candidate should possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow core functionalities and development best practices. Proficiency in Workflow and Flow Designer, Client scripts, Scripts Include, Business Rule, Data Import, Access Control List (ACL), table, and database query development is required. Experience in at least two or more modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, Performance Analytics Dashboards, and reports is preferred. Hands-on experience in JavaScript development is necessary, along with expertise in Service Portal and Widget configuration and development. Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using SOAP, Representational State Transfer (REST), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), and Scripted Web Services is expected. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Knowledge of Agile methodology will be an added advantage for this role.,
