As a ServiceNow Custom App Dev at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet the digital challenges faced by our customers. Here is a breakdown of what this role entails: **Key Responsibilities:** - Minimum 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a Developer in an enterprise-wide multitier ServiceNow production environment. - Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages, preferably JavaScript and JSON. - Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems such as AD, SCCM, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, etc. - Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience in portal scripting with Angular and CSS-based UX/UI design development. - Understanding of Angular-based client-side and server-side scripts. - Hands-on experience in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, etc. - Excellent time management, organizational, crisis management, and problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical, teamwork, and customer engagement skills. - Self-motivated and open to learning all aspects of cloud administration. - Willingness to teach and share knowledge with team members and other operational teams. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry. - Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes with Agile Scrum methodology experience. - Exposure in at least one or two of the following areas: - Extensive experience in portal implementation and customization with AJAX, Angular JS, etc. - Extensive implementation in custom applications.
