Job Description

You will be responsible for designing and developing solutions using ServiceNow CSM modules such as Case Management, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, and Knowledge Management. Your role will involve customizing ServiceNow applications, facilitating the rollout of new modules and applications, and maintaining workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data policies, and integrations. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your job. You will also be required to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Working closely with QA and ServiceNow administrators to ensure timely delivery and deployment of features is essential. Additionally, you will participate in ServiceNow upgrade planning and testing while maintaining technical documentation for the solutions developed.
