ServiceNow CSM Developer

Responsible for coding new business application features, covering all stages of development from requirement review and analysis to unit testing and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. Create and customize scalable workspace solutions.

Develop complex workflows, scripts, and integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) between ServiceNow and 3rd parties. Customize ServiceNow modules: Case Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management. Build responsive UI components via ServiceNows UI Framework, widgets, and Service Portal scripting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery, process improvement, and technical support. Support development of ServiceNow APIs and integration tools. Conduct code reviews for industry-standard quality and practices. Implement security policies via ACLs, roles, groups, and authentication.

Execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal user impact. Profile: 57 years in Robotic Process Automation. Hands-on with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Automation Engine.

Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script), APIs, UI Builder, workspace design/customization. Familiarity with ServiceNow key modules (CSM, ITSM), architecture, and best practices.

Experience in designing user-friendly, responsive, and accessible Service Portal pages. Strong in REST, SOAP, MID Server, Web Service integrations and automation. ITIL process knowledge.
