Job Summary:

ServiceNow Consultant / Developer

This role offers the opportunity to work with international ServiceNow partners and enterprise clients to deliver high-quality IT service management (ITSM) and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB).

·        Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.

·        Develop and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.

·        Create and maintain API integrations with third-party tools.

·        Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.

·        Perform regular system upgrades, patching, and platform optimization.

·        Collaborate with business users and ServiceNow teams for successful delivery.

·        Prepare documentation and conduct user training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.

·        Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

·        Experience implementing and supporting ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.

·        Good understanding of CMDB design and service mapping.

·        Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

·        Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

·        Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, or SecOps.

·        Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.

·        Experience working with ServiceNow partners or global delivery teams.
