Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for B2B portfolio initiatives.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and architects to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Support

  end-to-end process design

  , customer journeys, and solution blueprints.
• Act as a liaison between

  business, IT, and delivery teams

  to ensure requirement clarity and traceability.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  8 years of experience

  as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in telecom projects.
• Strong understanding of

  telco B2B operations

  , wireline connectivity, BSS/OSS, and portfolio management.
• Experience delivering

  end-to-end ServiceNow solutions

  (TMT, OMT, or SOM modules preferred).
• Familiarity with

  Agile/SAFe methodologies

  and tools such as

  Jira, Confluence

  .
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in

  English

  ; German language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications
