Job Description

Role Overview: You are an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions across various ServiceNow modules. Your role involves planning, designing, and delivering technical architecture for ServiceNow solutions in accordance with client requirements. You will need to apply technical and strategic thinking to enhance the ServiceNow competency within the organization. As the ideal candidate, you possess deep hands-on expertise, architectural experience, excellent client interaction skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions covering a variety of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, and others. - Lead the development of custom applications, scoped apps, integrations, and Service Portal components. - Develop integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware tools for data flows. - Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation. - Prepare detailed technical specifications, solution design documents, and effort estimations based on scope and resource planning. - Collaborate with business development teams, contribute to proposals, SOWs, and technical solutioning for new opportunities. - Ensure solutions are aligned with business needs by working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Implement quality standards and best practices across the platform. - Mentor technical teams, conduct code reviews, and efficiently resolve technical issues. - Engage in client-facing discussions, support technical proposals, and lead solution presentations. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7 years in ServiceNow. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and development best practices. - Hands-on experience in core platform scripting, application development, integrations, CMDB, Service Catalog, workflows, and more. - Proficient in documenting technical requirements and solution designs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide scalable solutions. - Strong communication and client interaction skills. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments and managing technical dependencies across teams. Additional Details: ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) are preferred. Exposure to additional modules like HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, APM, Discovery, etc., is a plus. Experience in ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, and platform optimization would be beneficial.,
