ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on SPM and EA modules.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align IT capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Provide leadership across design, development, customization, and platform integration.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform best practices, standards, and architectural governance.
• Conduct architecture reviews, identify improvements, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, prepare architectural documentation, and drive governance processes.

Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience in architecting and leading ServiceNow implementations, specifically for

  SPM

  EA

  modules.
• Deep understanding of

  Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

Qualifications
