Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions for clients across various industries. Develop and customize workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize IT service delivery. Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITSM implementation using ServiceNow platform. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL) by developing CMDB models and conducting regular audits. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, or related fields. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and its applications in an enterprise environment. Proven track record of implementing successful projects using ServiceNow platform. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
