About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle PLM Administrator to support our client during their Oracle PLM go-live and beyond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, resolving technical and business issues, and providing ongoing administration and support. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Oracle PLM applications end-to-end. Serve as the primary contact for system-related configurations, issues, and troubleshooting. Support critical go-live activities and post-production stabilization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Monitor system performance, security, and compliance, applying necessary fixes/enhancements. Manage user roles, access, and permissions with proper governance. Work closely with IT and business teams to resolve incidents, perform RCA, and implement preventive measures. Provide ongoing production support, system health checks, patch management, and upgrades. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle PLM Administrator / Technical Consultant . Expertise in Oracle Agile PLM or Oracle Cloud PLM . Proficiency in system configuration, administration, and issue resolution. In-depth knowledge of PLM business processes and best practices. Experience supporting go-live and post-go-live activities. Knowledge of ERP and other enterprise system integrations (preferred). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for both technical and business issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications . Experience with customizations, scripting, and workflow management in PLM. Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools .
