Role Overview

Data Analytics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement

  scalable and efficient data models

  aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and optimize

  data pipelines

  for structured and unstructured data.
• Manage, tune, and optimize the

  Snowflake data warehouse

  for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Build and deliver

  interactive dashboards and reports

  using Sigma Computing.
• Ensure

  data quality, governance, and consistency

  across analytics processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to translate data requirements into actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in

  SQL

  with proven experience writing complex and optimized queries.
• Hands-on experience with

  Snowflake

  , including performance tuning and architecture knowledge.
• Experience in

  data visualization and dashboarding

  , preferably with Sigma Computing (or similar tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of

  data warehousing concepts

  , dimensional modeling, and analytics architecture.
• Ability to handle and process

  large datasets

  to make data usable and insightful.
• Familiarity with

  data governance, security, and access control

  best practices.
• Excellent

  problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

  .
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering

  , or a related field.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong SQL development and optimization skills.
• Proficiency with at least one

  modern BI tool

  (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Exposure to

  Python

  for data transformation or automation tasks.
• Experience with

  cloud data platforms

  such as Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, or Amazon Redshift.
• Strong

  analytical and critical thinking skills
