About the Role

Oracle PLM Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Oracle PLM applications end-to-end.
  • Serve as the primary contact for system-related configurations, issues, and troubleshooting.
  • Support critical go-live activities and post-production stabilization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and compliance, applying necessary fixes/enhancements.
  • Manage user roles, access, and permissions with proper governance.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to resolve incidents, perform RCA, and implement preventive measures.
  • Provide ongoing production support, system health checks, patch management, and upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience as an

    Oracle PLM Administrator / Technical Consultant

    .
  • Expertise in

    Oracle Agile PLM

    or

    Oracle Cloud PLM

    .
  • Proficiency in system configuration, administration, and issue resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM business processes and best practices.
  • Experience supporting go-live and post-go-live activities.
  • Knowledge of ERP and other enterprise system integrations (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for both technical and business issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to

    Oracle EBS

    or

    Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

    .
  • Experience with

    customizations, scripting, and workflow management

    in PLM.
  • Knowledge of

    data migration

    and

    reporting tools

    .
