Role Overview:

ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of

  ITSM

  and at least one additional module

  (ITOM, CSM, ITAM, ITBM, HRSD).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Expertise (1st Preference CSM

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Expertise in ITSM and at least one of the following:
• CSM (Customer Service Management)
• ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration)
• ITAM (Asset Management)
• ITBM (Business Management)
• HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and API frameworks.
• Solid understanding of workflow design, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and UI policies.

Certifications (Mandatory):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in specialized modules (ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.).
• Experience in large-scale ServiceNow deployments in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
