ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures the alignment of ServiceNow capabilities with business needs and IT strategy. The selected candidate will provide architectural direction, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful enterprise solutions.

Your tasks

• Evaluating business requirements and assessing feasibility based on platform architecture and best practices
• Designing and defining scalable reference architectures and technical standards
• Developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate proposed solutions
• Guiding technical teams through implementation and reviewing configurations, workflows, and code
• Defining and enforcing technical reference architecture and platform standards
• Supporting ServiceNow integrations, especially across IRM, ITSM, and CSM modules
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment
• Staying updated on ServiceNow product releases and emerging industry trends
• Conducting technical reviews and recommending platform enhancements
• Ensuring secure, optimized, and sustainable ServiceNow implementations

Requirements

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution delivery
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and modules
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, reference designs, and integrations
• In-depth knowledge of IRM, ITSM, and CSM modules and platform security
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management, encryption, and data protection
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers/admins
• Experience working in Agile or ITIL-based delivery environments
• Applying knowledge of GRC/ITIL frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
