end-to-end design of ServiceNow solutions
across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc. ServiceNow+1
Translate business requirements into
scalable, maintainable technical designs and architecture blueprints

high-level and low-level design documents
and technical specifications aligned with best practices

Act as the
technical lead
