Description of the activities the Senior Architect will perform includes:

Lead the strategic planning and roadmap development for the ServiceNow platform.
Act as the primary architectural advisor to Client Tower lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Partner with Akkodis, ServiceNow, and other vendors to drive platform enhancements and project delivery.
Provide architectural oversight and governance across ServiceNow implementations.
Ensure best practices in platform design, scalability, and performance.
Support implementation and consulting efforts as needed.
Deliver SOP and runbook document to run and manage the platform
Working with the necessary teams to vault the use cases discovered from the Admin Access reset and lockdown project.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in platform strategy and enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
