Role & responsibilities

Remote Position

Senior ServiceNow Architect

This role demands a strong mix of technical expertise, strategic vision, and consultative leadership to design scalable, secure, and optimized ServiceNow solutions that align with our business objectives.

Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across HAM, SAM, SAM Pro, and CMDB modules.
Serve as the technical authority and subject matter expert for all things ServiceNow, providing strategic input to roadmap planning and enterprise architecture discussions.
Translate complex business requirements into ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business goals.
Define and maintain the architectural blueprint for the ServiceNow platform, driving design consistency and reuse.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and IT operations teams to ensure solutions are aligned with overall enterprise architecture.
Design and implement integration strategies between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, ITSM, discovery tools).
