Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administer and configure ServiceNow, focusing on SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB modules.
Manage SAMPro Maturation, ensuring efficient management and usage of the application.
Oversee the SAMPro Workspace for streamlined operations and enhanced user experience.
Implement and configure HAMPro to optimize hardware asset management.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
Work with Service Portal for efficient user interface and experience in ITSM.
Provide expertise in incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow environment.

Experience Requirement:

5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or ITSM Senior Developer.
Hands-on experience with SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB modules in ServiceNow.
Strong background in implementing integrations and managing Service Portal.
Experience with SAMPro Maturation and Workspace management.
