Extensive hands-on experience in ITSM applications, Universal Request, CMDB, Asset
Management and ITSM Mobile Agent app
Strong experience in designing catalog items and developing complex workflows through
Flow Designer
Proficiency with Scripting in ServiceNow involving GlideAPIs, JavaScript, Business Rules,
Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
Ability to design and configure ServiceNow reports and dashboards
Experience with integrations of ServiceNow with external systems through REST, SOAP,
Integration Hub and Service Graph Connector
Experience with providing functional and technical support to business and liasioning with
ServiceNow Support (HI)
Testing experience with proven ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
Open to learn new technologies / ServiceNow modules
Experience in building and maintaining custom applications
Experience developing and delivering using Agile/ Scrum methodology
Ability to cross-train team members
