• Provide comprehensive support in managing ServiceNow environments, including Development, Test, and Production.• Administer, configure, and develop the ServiceNow platform following Agile methodologies and best practices.• Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance while ensuring optimal performance.• Manage and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, workflows, and integrations.• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure the platform's stability and performance.Workflow and Configuration Management:• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.• Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.• Develop and manage ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
