Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and administer solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
Handle day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules.
Work on enhancements, customizations, and support during ServiceNow releases/upgrades.
Manage and resolve operational tickets and service requests related to ServiceNow.
Support core ServiceNow modules:

ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management / PPM)
ITAM (Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Application Lifecycle Management)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Participate in unit testing, UAT, and deployment of ServiceNow updates.
Provide timely support during and after business hours based on customer needs.

Preferred Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM (SAM/HAM/ALM) modules.
Experience working on ServiceNow enhancements, platform upgrades, and release management.
Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript), workflows, UI Policies, and Business Rules in ServiceNow.
Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work in UK shifts with flexibility to extend as per business needs.
Must be committed to working from the Bangalore office.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
