Job Description

ServiceNow Administrator

Role & responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB
  • Manage user roles, groups, and access permissions
  • Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Coordinate platform upgrades and patching activities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
  • Support integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues or escalate to development teams
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and continuous service improvement

Preferred candidate profile

  • 28 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (preferred)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
