We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operation of our ticketing system and driving automation and efficiency across IT service processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of ITIL practices. Role & responsibilities Configure and maintain core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB Manage user roles, groups, and access permissions Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions Coordinate platform upgrades and patching activities Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides Support integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues or escalate to development teams Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and continuous service improvement Preferred candidate profile 28 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (preferred) Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL frameworks Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
