Job Description

Installation: Installing new equipment and systems at customer sites, ensuring they meet specifications and company standards. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, tests, and calibrations, to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity. Repair: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with equipment, often under time constraints, and making necessary repairs or replacements. Troubleshooting: Identifying the root cause of equipment malfunctions and implementing effective solutions to restore functionality. Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to customers via phone, remote access, or in person, answering questions, and guiding them on using the equipment. Training: Educating customers on how to operate and maintain equipment, ensuring they understand safety guidelines and best practices. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all service and installation activities, including service reports, logs, and inventory. Customer Communication: Building strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service, and addressing their concerns professionally. Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
