Service Technician

As a Service Executive at Nivo Controls, you will be responsible for providing after-sales support for the instrumentation products supplied by the company. Your primary role will involve diagnosing and repairing instruments at customer sites, as well as conducting installation and commissioning activities. Additionally, you will be required to repair instruments in-house, demonstrating a strong technical aptitude. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Instrumentation or Electronics, and have 1-3 years of experience in servicing or repairing electronics. Your technical expertise, combined with a result-oriented approach, will be essential in meeting customer needs effectively. Your day-to-day activities will include interacting with customers, understanding their applications, and ensuring timely and efficient repairs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be crucial in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Moreover, your high moral and ethical values will guide you in upholding the company's standards of professionalism.
