Service Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute

  preventive maintenance schedules

  for cargo and passenger three-wheelers.

• Recruit, train, and supervise

  service technicians, welders, tinkers, and painters.

• Diagnose and resolve

  vehicle faults to ensure timely delivery and minimal downtime.
• Maintain and monitor

  spare parts inventory

  to avoid service delays.
• Ensure

  timely clearance

  of faulty vehicles with quality service standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline service processes.
• Maintain

  service records and reports

  for regular audits and reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of three-wheeler systems and spare parts.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
