Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Service Supervisor. The Service Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of elevator maintenance and service teams, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and training service staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preparing service reports. The role involves coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of any maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Training experience
• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
• Prior experience in the elevator industry or a related field is a plus
• Relevant certification or technical training in elevator systems is advantageous
