Service Supervisor

As a Maruthi Technician, your role involves using all protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the customer's vehicle, including seat covers, floor mats, and fender covers. It is essential to maintain an adequate inventory of hand tools to meet the service and repair requirements. You are expected to ensure that all customer requests on the job card are completed accurately the first time and within the designated time frame. Additionally, you should identify and report any additional repairs to the Floor Coordinator and handle customer vehicles and belongings with care. It is vital to record clear and accurate details of all completed work on job cards, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and keep your work area clean and organized at all times.
