Additionally, you will need to demonstrate a strong competence and willingness to learn new technologies, as well as be prepared to work in a 24/7 rotation shift, including night shifts. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field and have 8-10 years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Possessing technical certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE (Routing & Switching / Service Provider) would be beneficial. Your expertise should extend to maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco IP and Optical Routers, networking protocols, and switching technologies.
