In this role, you will be responsible for driving technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for MPLS and Access Network to enhance customer outcomes. You will also be involved in generating Network Audits for improved network efficiency, assisting customers with integration and implementation of tools and systems, supporting presales activities, and translating business requirements into solution design. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 8-10 years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting, along with technical certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE desired. Your knowledge and experience with Cisco Platforms, Networking Protocols, Switching Technologies, and other relevant areas will be valuable assets in this role. Furthermore, your ability to simplify complex concepts, communicate effectively, and troubleshoot issues will be essential for delivering exceptional customer service.
