Job Description

You will work with Cisco as a Technical Consulting Engineer with expertise on Cisco's products and solutions to join Cisco's CX High Touch Expert Care team. The CX team is dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience by providing network-centric solutions that accelerate customer and partner success. Your role will involve working closely with extended regional teams to deliver critical services to high-value customers. You will be resolving issues with Cisco products and gaining insight into the detailed functionality of Cisco products and customer service chain elements. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in resolving customer issues and a willingness to learn new technologies. Your responsibilities will include providing phone/email consultation to independently debug complex product problems reported by Cisco customers, acting as a technical point of contact for engineers in the team, and offering technical support for Cisco technologies, products, and solutions. You will be responsible for resolving moderately to complex technical problems based on customer needs, simulating technical problems in a lab environment, sharing knowledge through technical documents, providing internal and external technical presentations, and raising specific problems to the responsible Business Units for product enhancement. Additionally, you should be ready to work in a 24*7 rotation shift, including night shifts. As for your skills, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or similar, along with 8-10 years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Possessing technical certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE (Routing & Switching / Service Provider) is desired. You should have experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco IP and Optical Routers, networking protocols, service configurations, and switching technologies. Creative problem-solving, excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills, and the ability to simplify and communicate complex data and processes are essential.
